Thousands gathered at Rosehead Park and filled parking lots throughout downtown Perry Tuesday night for the City of Perry’s inaugural Fourth of July red, white and blue celebration. Fireworks, sponsored in part by Duke Energy, were the highlight of the evening, which included a free concert by the Tobacco Road Band and Frayed Knot.
