Flag ceremony, luncheon Nov. 10

Retired Army Col. Izzy Rommes will be the featured speaker at today’s (Friday) Veterans Day Luncheon at Forest Capital Park, beginning at 12:30 p.m.

Rommes had a distinguished military career that spanned nearly three decades.
