City just says ‘no’ to medical cannabis

The Perry City Council held firm to its “just say no” stance regarding medical cannabis dispensaries and has adopted an ordinance banning those types of business from locating within the city limits.

Faced with a moratorium on dispensaries set to expire last month, the council opted to move forward with a more formal stance on the businesses.
