Larry Kendall Mann

Larry Kendall Mann Sr., 55, died Jan. 2, 2018, in Perry. Larry was born March 17, 1962, in Perry to James Godwin Mann and Nancy Rosalyn Sadler Mann Green.

Larry was a Christian. He worked as an Insulator with Watkins Engineers and Construction for several years. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing; he could catch a fish out of a mud hole. He enjoyed being outside and enjoying the outdoors, from chasing coons to hunting arrowheads. He was a good mechanic, worked with his hands and determined to get it done. Larry will be remembered for his big heart, never tearing anybody down, and sometimes too good for his own good.

Larry was preceded in death by: his father, James Godwin Mann; stepfather, Roger Green; and a son, Timothy Kaleb Mann.

He is survived by: his son, Kendall Mann; mother, Rose Green; brothers, Phillip Mann, Jimmy Mann, Carl Mann, Leon Green (Michelle), R.L. Green (Lynn), and Matt Mann; sister, Teresa DeMotta (Eric); grandson, Kaleb Kendall Mann; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Jan. 6, at 3 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home of Perry with Rev. Marc Pargo officiating. Interment services will follow immediately afterwards in Carlton Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 6 at Burns Funeral Home of Perry. All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
