Middleton earns district, regional weightlifting titles

Caroline Middleton, a junior at Taylor County High School, has lifted her way to a district and regional weightlifting championship for the second year in a
row.

Competing in the 129-pound weight classification, Middleton won the Class 1A District 4 and Class 1A Region 2 weightlifting championships last week, proving to be the strongest in our region of Florida and qualifying for the State Championship for the second straight year.
