Appellate court denies Arrowood’s motion to remove presiding judge

The First District Court of Appeal has denied a motion from Garrett Arrowood to disqualify the circuit judge presiding over his case.

Arrowood, who is serving a life sentence for first degree murder for his role in the shooting death of his aunt, Shelly Strickland, is appealing the ruling.
