‘Dogs win 9-8 in extra-innings thriller

The Taylor County High School (TCHS) baseball team picked up its first victory of the season with a thrilling, 9-8 extra-innings win over John Paul II Catholic High School last Friday night in front of a good hometown Perry crowd.

The Bulldogs found themselves trailing 8-4 through five innings of play, but came roaring back with a run in the 6th and three more runs in the bottom of the 7th to send the game into extra innings.
