Re-paving projects in the city have come to a brief halt while Anderson Columbia—which supplies materials for the projects—relocates one of its asphalt plants from its Highway 98 location to the company’s Highway 27 facility.
“This is going to cause a two to three week delay because there will be no asphalt available for our project,” City Manager Bob Brown told the Perry City Council last week.
