One joins county race, while one drops out

Taylor County voters have gained a new candidate and lost another as people continue to consider joining the 2018 election cycle.

Ursula P. Miller is the third person to file to run for the Taylor County Commission District 3 seat, which has been vacant since the death of longtime Commissioner Frank Russell in February.
