Georgia-Pacific and the Foley Cellulose mill donated $8,000 to the local Boys & Girls Club during a presentation held last Friday, April 20.
“For more than a century, Boys & Girls Clubs have helped put young people on the path to great futures. Boys & Girls Clubs serve nearly four million young people annually, through membership and and community outreach, in some 4,000 Club facilities throughout the country and Boys & Girls Club of America-affiliated Youth Centers on U.S. military installations worldwide. Georgia-Pacific and the Foley Cellulose mill are proud to support the work and mission of our local Boys and Girls Club,” said GP Public Affairs Manager Scott Mixon.
