Woodfaulk to council: ‘Don’t be so quick to snap’ at constituents

Perry City Councilwoman Venita Woodfaulk chided fellow council members for what she called “snappy” responses to concerns expressed by a local resident regarding the safety of pedestrians and bicyclists on Old Dixie Highway.

The exchange began with Perry resident Cindy Moore asking the council at its first regular meeting in May to provide safety vests for people who ride their bicycles on the heavily traveled roadway.
