1 principal to oversee 3 schools?

The Taylor County School Board approved the establishment of an assistant principal position for Taylor County Pre-K during their June 5 meeting, a move that coincides with Superintendent Danny Glover Jr.’s hope to combine the Taylor County Elementary School (TCES), Perry Primary School (PPS) and Taylor County Pre-K under one principal’s supervision.

Glover requested the position be established, after Pre-K teacher Cheryl Brantley announced she is stepping down as acting Pre-K principal this year.
