Additional sidewalks, lights for Loughridge Park among recommendations for council’s 5-year plan

The Perry City Council is peering into a proverbial crystal ball and looking at recommendations for five years’ worth of capital improvement projects.

Additional sidewalks and lights for the Loughridge Park walking trail are on the list, as well as the proposed canopy/balcony project for downtown Perry.
