City presented a balanced budget

In stark contrast to county and school board officials who are faced with dipping into reserves to balance their proposed budgets for the coming fiscal year, the Perry City Council has been presented a balanced budget for 2018-19.

City Manager Bob Brown made the announcement at the council’s last regular meeting (July 24) as council members also prepared to set the maximum millage rate for the coming year.
