Dist. 5 city candidate Holton is ‘ready and willing to serve’

Tonya Holton has announced her candidacy for the Dist. 5 seat on the Perry City Council, stating she is “ready and willing to serve.”

Holton said, “I believe each and every person is born to accomplish specific and significant things. Life’s important work is not reserved for a privileged few. Many extraordinary things have been accomplished by ordinary people — people who truly have a desire to do good and help others.
