City Council Dist. 4 candidate Mary Williams says she wants to be a “voice for the voiceless.”
Announcing her candidacy, Williams said, “The citizens of Perry need representation they can trust. Honesty and dependability are key in government. District 4 is lacking a voice on our council that puts the needs of our community first. We need a representative that is concerned about our ideas, and listens and looks for solutions to our problems.”
