Ketring seeks Dist. 5 city council seat

Perry City Council District 5 candidate Ward Ketring said he is believes “in a practical approach to government that seeks to solve problems.”

Based on that principle, Ketring explained, “Government exists for its citizens and should always have the service approach. I will work toward supporting job growth.
