7 schools, 7 resource officers are assigned

When students return to school Monday, kicking off the 2018-19 year, a new team of school resources officers (SRO) will greet them.

Under new mandates from the Legislature, each school within the district will have an officer assigned to the campus – stationed there “bell to bell.”
