Arrest made after downtown theft

Surveillance video helped officers identify a thief who stole an umbrella from a downtown courtyard last week, and a “diligent” investigation led to a swift arrest.

Backdoor Bistro owners reported the theft last Tuesday morning; later that day, officers came in contact with the suspect, Undrea Holmes, 48, and took him into custody. He was charged with burglary to structure (unarmed) and dealing in stolen property.
