Back the Blue Music Benefit set for Sept. 29

The Perry Police Department (PPD), Chamber of Commerce and City of Perry are partnering for the first “Back the Blue Music Benefit” planned Saturday, Sept. 29, at Rosehead Park.

All proceeds will benefit PPD charities (the Tim Murphy Benefit Fund, Shop with a Cop and Taylor County Special Olympics).

The musical line-up will feature the Bryan James Band and Andy Pursell. Gates will open at 4:30 p.m. and stage entertainment will run from 6-10 p.m. Admission will be $5.
