Sidewalk projects slowly moving forward

Two state-funded sidewalk projects on Green Street and Old Dixie Highway are moving forward, although it will still be several years before construction is underway.

Last week, the Taylor County Commission approved two Local Agency Program (LAP) agreements with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for the projects, which will be fully funded by the agency.
