Blount leads NFL in yards-after-contact in last decade

Taylor County native LeGarrette Blount contributed 32 yards on 11 carries this past Friday in the Lions’ second preseason game against the New York Giants.

All but two of Blount’s carries came in the second half, and despite leading the team in rushing yards, Blount was contained for the most part, managing a long run of just seven yards.
