Chamber golf scramble will be held Aug. 31

The Perry-Taylor County Chamber of Commerce’s 25th annual Golf Scramble, which has been postponed twice due to heavy rains that impacted the Perry Golf and Country Club, will be held this Friday, Aug. 31.

The scramble was originally set for Aug. 10 and was moved to Aug. 17 before several more inches of rain over the weekend led to pushing the annual fundraiser two more weeks into the
future.
