Woodfaulk, DMH reach settlement

City Councilwoman Venita Woodfaulk has reached an agreement with Doctors’ Memorial Hospital (DMH) regarding a lawsuit she filed in December 2017 alleging she was the victim of retaliation, racial and gender discrimination.

Court papers show the two parties took part in mediation talks in June and, by Aug. 14, “all issues have been resolved.”
