Friends welcome author Pierce Kelley on Sept. 24

The Friends of the Taylor County Public Library will present guest author Pierce Kelley of Cedar Key Monday, Sept. 24, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Kelley’s latest novel, “Hiding in America” is the third book in a planned five-book series, which involves the slaughter of Coptic Christians by ISIS in Libya in 2015. He is a lawyer who has authored more than 20 books.

There will be light refreshments and a door prize. This program will be held at the Taylor County Public Library, 403 N. Washington St., and is free and open to the public.
