Yvonne Waddell Cunningham

Yvonne Waddell Cunningham, 84, died Sept. 13, 2018, in Mayo. Yvonne was born Jan. 20, 1934, in Hatttiesburg, Miss. to Lawson Waddell and Mable Lowery Waddell.

Yvonne was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Westside Baptist Church. She worked with the banking industry as a bank clerk for over 25 years.

Yvonne was preceded in death by: her parents, Lawson Waddell and Mable Lowery Waddell; her sister, Kay; and her brothers, Dub and John Waddell.

She is survived by: her daughter, Becky (Jim) Jarvis; her sons, Jay (Teresa) Moon and Robby (Sheri) Moon; five grandsons and two great-grandchildren; as a well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Monday, Sept. 17, at 3 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home of Perry with Bro. Billy Gipson officiating. Interment services followed immediately afterwards in Pineview Memorial Cemetery. The family received friends from 2-3 p.m. Monday, Sept. 17, at Burns Funeral Home of Perry. All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
