“BBQ Kings Polska” (Polish BBQ Kings) team members brought a taste of Poland to Perry at the Smokin’ in the Pines BBQ Festival on Saturday at Forest Capital Park, sharing a taste of Polish-style barbecue and a love for cookout culture with competing teams and guests.
After borrowing a grill and some charcoal and making a quick stop at a store, the visiting professional BBQ cook team whipped up a barbecue dish to share with competing cook teams, volunteers and some festival attendees prior to the awards presentation near the main stage.
