ALS explosion claims 2nd life

In every family, there is that one member who can always be counted on to make you smile.

For the Fowler-Evernham family, that person was son and brother Thomas Fowler Jr.

“He was full of love, joy and happiness,” his sister, Lora Harrop, said.

“He was just a good person. He liked being busy and doing things. He loved being around people and made friends so easy,” his mother, Emily Mangini Evernham, said.

On Friday, Sept. 21, Fowler succumbed to injuries he sustained a week earlier during a work-related explosion at AMTEC Less- Lethal Systems (ALS).
