Suspect dashes through apartment during foot chase

A man known to law enforcement fled on foot when officers spied him late last Thursday night, pushing his way into a nearby apartment and then running out the back door.

Arthur Dwight Nelson, 25, led officers on a brief foot chase before giving himself up. During a search of his person, offices found a white powder that field tested positive for methamphetamine.
