NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 6, 2018 in Civil Case No. 17000468CAC of the Circuit Court of the THIRD Judicial Circuit in and for Taylor County, Perry, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and HEATHER NICOLE MORROW A/K/A HEATHER N. MORROW A/K/A HEATHER DAVIS, JASON LUTHER DAVISA/K/A JASON L. DAVIS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Annie Mae Murphy, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the west door of the Taylor County Courthouse, 108 North Jefferson St., Perry, FL. 32347 at 11:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of January, 2018 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 16, 17, AND 18 OF BLOCK 134 OF THE STEINHATCHEE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 26 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF TAYLOR COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
