The administration of the estate of ETHELLE W. MCHARGUE, deceased, whose date of death was August 25, 2018; File Number 2018-574-CP is pending in the Circuit Court for Taylor County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Post Office Box 620, Perry, Florida 32348. The name and address of the personal representative and his attorney are set forth below.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate, on whom a copy of this notice has been served, must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE TIME OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.

NOTICE (PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTE 125.66)
Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Taylor County, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing on the passage of a proposed Ordinance to amend the Taylor County Code of Ordinances, Article I Section 14-1, regarding Definitions of Aggressive Dog and Provoked Dog. The Public Hearing shall be held at the Board of County Commission Meeting Room, Taylor County Courthouse Annex, Old Post Office Building in Perry, Florida, at the regular Board meeting on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2018, at 6:10 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible. The title of the proposed Ordinance is:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF TAYLOR COUNTY, FLORIDA WHICH AMENDS THE TAYLOR COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES, ARTICLE I SECTION 14-1 DEFINITIONS OF AGGRESSIVE DOG AND PROVIDES A DEFINITION OF PROVOKED DOG; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The proposed Ordinance may be inspected by the public at the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, located in the Taylor County Courthouse, Perry, Florida.
All members of the public are welcome to attend. Notice is further hereby given, pursuant to Florida Statute 286.0105, that any person or persons deciding to appeal any matter considered at this Public Hearing will need a record of the hearing and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
