Murder trial date set for Lloyd Phelps

Lloyd Phelps, 60, will face a jury of his peers less than a year after being indicted for the murder of Patricia “Niece” Knight.

Clerk officials confirmed this week that a trial date of July 22-26 has been set aside for the case that stretches back to 2006 when Knight (who was his second cousin) was first reported missing.
