NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 7, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 62-2018-CA-000081 of the Circuit Court of the THIRD Judicial Circuit in and for Taylor County, Perry, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the east door of the Taylor County Courthouse, 108 North Jefferson St., Perry, FL. 32347 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12th day of February, 2019 at 11 a.m. on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
