‘Dogs defeat Flash 49-23, advance in playoffs

The Taylor County Bulldogs continued their improbable postseason run by knocking off previously undefeated St. Joseph Academy in the second round of the Class 3A playoffs Friday night in St. Augustine.

The Bulldogs dominated the St. Joseph Academy Flash by a lopsided 49-23 score in a game that was over by halftime (when the Bulldogs led 35-8) and played with a running clock in the second half.
