Robert “Bobby” Lengl

Robert “Bobby” Lengl, 79, died Nov. 17, 2018, at his home in Perry. Bobby was born Feb. 24, 1939, in Freeport, Ill. to Frank and Alma Lowe Lengl.

Bobby honorably served our country in the United States Air Force. He was an avid Ohio State football fan. He enjoyed being around other people and being a jokester.

Bobby was preceded in death by: his parents, Frank and Alma Lengl.

He is survived by: his wife of 47 years, Alice Lengl; his daughters, Sheila Bennett and Lisa Phillips; his sons, Trent Lengl and Bart Lengl; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his brother, Frank Lengl; his half-brother, David Pinney; and his half-sisters, Julie Lengl Gardner and Sally Lengl Hoehnen.

No services are planned at this time. All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
