A Perry man capped off his Thanksgiving Day by fleeing police officers and then getting nabbed with a trafficking amount of methamphetamine.
Jaworski S. Upshaw, 38, remains in custody at the Taylor County Jail on a $250,000 bond for possession of more than 26 grams of meth – which is nearly twice the limit needed for felony trafficking charges.
