The Taylor County Commission’s long-running foreclosure case against a Cedar Island property owner — whose property has been deemed a hazard to the community by both his neighbors and county officials — has been delayed again due to Hurricane Michael.
The trial was set to begin Oct. 9, but court on that day was canceled due to the hurricane.
