Re-sentencing hearing for Spring starts Dec. 12

Jury selection for a re-sentencing hearing for Ronald Spring will begin Wednesday, Dec. 12 – five months after an earlier re-sentencing hearing was abruptly aborted due to the trial judge recusing himself.

Spring, 46, is currently serving a 35-year prison sentence for kidnapping and assault.
