    Drugs sniffed out before entering jail

    A Perry woman who was evidently attempting to smuggle contraband to an inmate at the Taylor County Jail Wednesday night is now herself an inmate and facing multiple drug-related charges.

    Rachel Gipson, 38, is being held on $13,000 bond on charges of possession of marijuana, smuggling contraband, possession of drug equipment, possession of synthetic narcotics and possession of methamphetamine.
