Right-of-way violation

The drivers of both of these vehicles were transported to DMH — but no one was seriously injured — following a two-vehicle crash at the intersection ofReddick Drive and Hwy. 19 North on Tuesday afternoon.

Elaine Foskey Ricketson was traveling north on Hwy. 19 and attempting to turn onto Reddick Drive when she failed to yield the right-of-way to a vehicle traveling south on Hwy. 19,according to a Perry Police Department report. Ricketson, who stated she never saw the other vehicle until the collision, was cited for violation of right-of-way.
