The majority of county employees have seen some form of pay increase in each of the past four years, and most employees have received either a raise or bonus in each of the past 11 years.
During the same period of time, county employees have benefitted from the county absorbing the cost of ever-rising health insurance premiums – which have increased between 25-30% over the past 10 years.
