Loss in championship game is TCMS boys’ first this year

The Taylor County Middle School (TCMS) boys basketball team fell for the first time this season, losing to Marianna 42-33 in the championship game of the Big Bend Middle School Athletic Conference tournament this past Friday in Marianna, to fall just short of their second-straight conference title.“They were the biggest team we played this season, and we made mistakes that we had not made all year,” said TCMS Head Coach Jeff Johnson.
