FORTNER, ANY UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING OWNERSHIP THEREUNDER, ANY UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION, and ANY PARTIES WITH UNRECORDED INTERESTS and all parties claiming interests by, through, under or against Defendant(s) JERMIMA L. FILS-AME, HERVE FILS-AME, LLEWELLYN F. FORTNER, EDITH D. FORTNER, ANY UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING OWNERSHIP THEREUNDER, ANY UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION, and ANY PARTIES WITH UNRECORDED INTERESTS and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein.
    YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced against you to quiet title on real property, lying and being and situated in Taylor County, Florida, which is more particularly described as follows:
    LOT 7, BLOCK B OF THE FORTNER SUBDIVISION. CONTAINING 1.08 ACRES, MORE OR LESS. RECORDED IN THE TAYLOR COUNTY OFFICIAL RECORDS 559, PAGE 809.
    This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any upon Plaintiffs’ Attorney, Ray Curtis, The Curtis Law Firm, P.A., 103 North Jefferson Street, Perry, FL 32347, within thirty days after the first publication of this notice, December 19, 2018 and to file the original with the Clerk of the Court either before service on the Plaintiffs’ attorney or immediately thereafter otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
