Welcome to the world, sweet Lola

Matt and Beth Anne (Dixon) Roland started their new year in the maternity ward and, just after midnight on Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2019, welcomed their first child, a daughter – Lola Elizabeth Roland.

Lola, named after her great-great-grandmother, Lola B. Bird, and aunt, Lola Angela Ratliff, weighed eight pounds, nine ounces, and measured 21 inches long at birth.
