Morgan tapped to head public library

When LaWanda Pemberton was named Taylor County administrator late last year, one of the first big challenges she faced was filling a number of vacant positions.

Since then, Pemberton has successfully filled two of those positions, including hiring a new assistant county administrator in former County Human Resources Director Marsha Durden, which created another vacancy the county is now working to fill as well.
