An eventful day in court Wednesday saw Henry “Teety Pop” Bolden Jr. acquitted of murder, two additional charges against him for alleged witness tampering dismissed for lack of evidence, and, finally, the jury returning a guilty verdict on the remaining charge of “accessory after the fact to first degree murder.”
Bolden remains in custody awaiting sentencing, which is set for Monday, March 11, at 1:30 p.m. before Circuit Judge Greg Parker, when he could face up to 30 years in prison for the first degree felony conviction.
