Register now for Fiddler Crab parade, poker run

Registration is underway for the upcoming Fiddler Crab Festival parade and poker run, scheduled Feb. 16 and 17, respectively.

The parade line-up will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, and will roll out at 10 a.m. Anyone wishing to enter a float, vehicle or other unit may contact Melinda Topicz (who is co-chairing the two events with her husband, Butch) at (352) 498-3404 or (727) 741-1861.

The Poker Run, benefitting the Steinhatche Boys & Girls Club, will be held Sunday, Feb. 17, starting at 9:45 a.m. (final roll out at 10:30 a.m.).
Registration will be held from 8:30-9:30 a.m. at the old Citizens Bank building (905 1st Ave. SE).
