Over the years, films have found plenty of ways to teach their characters a lesson. One such techniques used not so infrequently is to turn them back into kids, usually as part of some kind of body-swap shenanigans.
The latest movie to dive into this trope is “Little,” whose title is an obvious play on the 1988 Tom Hanks comedy, “Big.” This new film benefits from a few quality performances but overall suffers from a script that is riddled with plot holes and a tendency to forgo character development and even common sense in exchange for a cheap gag.
