Nathan Christopher Arthur, 44, passed away on June 6, 2019, in Perry surrounded by his family and friends following a long battle with cancer. He leaves behind his beloved parents, Elizabeth and Roy Edwards, his brother Matthew Levesque and his loving children Char-lottie Langlais, Thomas Arthur and David Arthur along with his most special life-long friend Kylee Fussell and her children Joshua and Gracie Edwards.
Nathan was born on August 18, 1974, in Brooksville. He worked as a manager for Super-Lube in Perry and previously worked with the Florida Department of Corrections.
Nathan touched the hearts of so many people, always giving himself and his time to anyone who needed him. To those who knew him best, he was a selfless man and was always there to help anyone in need. Whether it was showing someone at work how to succeed or taking a moment to clean a memorial for a friend, Nathan was the epitome of kindness.
Nathan was an amazing father and loved his children more than life itself. The passion for life than Nathan radiated will ripple out into the world through his children. Nathan will be missed but we know he is with the Lord now, smiling down on us all. His huge heart still beats in everyone he touched.
A local and informal celebration of his life will be held at the home of his mother, Beth Edwards, at 8570 Beach Road Perry, Fla., 32348, on Sunday, June 30, 2019, at 2 p.m.
Feel free to bring a covered dish and fellowship with family and friends. An additional Celebration of Life will be held in Brooksville at the home of Nathan’s uncle on Sunday, July 28, 2019, at 2 p.m., 24388 Holland Pond Road for friend and family who may be unable to travel to Perry.
