Council wants to review its interlocal agreement with county on recreation

Mayor Alan Hall defended the Perry City Council’s decision to re-address its interlocal agreement with the county regarding recreation and its decision, by consensus, to eliminate funding for recreation in its 2020-21 budget.

Council members faced immediate backlash on social media when news of the proposed plan broke in last Friday’s Perry News-Herald.
